Extruders with Multi-layer Cross Heads
TEANKA designs and manufactures pipe production line, highly specialized in drip irrigation lines.
We produce highly acclaimed production lines for pipes with intermediate layer of recycled material. Ability to change a single- layer production line into a three-layer line (with intermediate layer of recycled material).
Extrusion Heads ideal for drip irrigation lines.
Optional equipment:
- Filters in extruders.
- Magnetic system in the entrance of the barrel, in order to detect and withhold metallic pieces getting into the extruder.

Place co-extruder in any requested position, according to the customer's needs.
Separate the material from an extruder into 2 outputs for A-B-A heads.
Manufacture a vacuum-cooling tank for pipe depending on the customer's requirements.
Manufacture vacuum and cooling tanks for pipes depending on the requested extrusion head and maximum production.
